When you call at the Woolaston Inn the first person you are likely to meet is Nikki. Before buying the inn with her husband, Adrian, Nikki ran a sucessfull event management business - specialising in weddings. Having seen the hospitality industry very much from the clients side she knows what her customers want and goes that extra mile to ensure you have an enjoyable time, whether calling in for a quick drink and a snack or holding your wedding reception at the inn.

Adrian has been head chef in some of Northern Irelands most respected hotels and restaurants but decided it was time to branch out with his own restaurant. He has bigs plans for the refurbishment of the kitchen and dining areas of the inn, including a glass pass so customers can see all the action of the kitchen while enjoying their food. Until then he is concentrating on finding great local suppliers and the best quality product available.

Eddie is the other full-time member of the team. Having worked in Northern Irelands only 5 star hotel and cooking for the likes of pop singers, movie stars and football teams, he's enjoying the quiet life of a countryside restaurant. He thrives under pressure and during a busy service you will sometimes catch him doing the 'kitchen dance' and keeping the atmosphere light!

Other members of our team are from the local villages so you might just see a familiar face or two when you call to The Woolaston Inn.
